Her 10 years of experience span the US and UK, public and private sector, and organizations large and small. Having worked with people from all walks of life—designers, developers, policy makers, and researchers—Hana's deep sense of empathy, matched with an ability to balance problem solving and imagination, makes her an invaluable team player and keen collaborator.

Raised in a Filipino-American family in the Midwest before moving abroad to study and work across 5 different countries, Hana now calls Brooklyn, NY home. Her multicultural background fuels her endless curiosity, prompting her travels through nearly 40 nations. Adventurous at heart, she explores the great outdoors at every possible chance—having ‘bagged’ several Scottish munros and independently trekked in the Everest Region of the Himalayas.

Hana holds a Master of Public Affairs from IU SPEA and a Certificate in Social Entrepreneurship from IU Kelley School of Business. She graduated from Indiana University with BA degrees in Political Science and International Studies, and studied Spanish abroad in Mexico, Peru, and Argentina.

Senior Program Manager


2017 - present in New York, NY

Manage high impact ($4MM+) consulting engagements for
C-suite leadership teams at Fortune 50 companies and other global organizations. Responsible for all business operations: lead project kickoffs, long-term work planning, sprint planning, production schedules, and daily prioritization and workflow. Ensure project execution is fully aligned with strategic intent.

Oversee the creative process and workflow for a broad range of deliverables—from digital tools and videos to specialty print and large-scale events. Responsible for all resourcing, logistics, deadlines, production, and team health.

Co-create with project teams composed of executive leadership, strategists, designers, and production artists. Foster and manage key client relationships and engage with C-suite leaders. Coordinate a range of external partners including copywriters, photographers, printers, developers, and videographers.

Track and evaluate financial health of project accounts: resource allocations, P&L, invoicing, and expenses. Draft proposals and SOWs, and facilitate contract negotiations.

Led strategic planning, delivery, and impact reporting for all outreach, events, and communications, including effective management of £370,000 operating budget.

Developed and managed UBDC communication channels (website, video content, social media, print materials, and email newsletter and promotions). Translated technical research to be engaging and digestible for policy makers.

Designed and executed outreach events and activities (avg. 3-5 per month) including workshops, seminars, webinars, training courses, and data visualizations.

Cultivated relationships with a variety of external stakeholders (local and national government, SMEs/business, and nonprofits) to drive new partnerships and maximize impact.
