Currently at Airbnb, I optimize program operations and lead special initiatives for Airbnb Experiences. Previously, I spent nearly eight years at SYPartners, directing complex stakeholder engagements and partnering with Fortune 50 leadership teams. My career reflects a deep commitment to strong collaboration and culture, while creating meaningful impact across teams, organizations, and communities.

Raised in the Midwest, I’ve built a global perspective through living in seven countries and exploring nearly 60 nations. Outside of work, I’m drawn to new experiences and adventure—whether hiking mountain trails, snowboarding, or kitesurfing. I draw ongoing inspiration from art, nature, and the human experience, which I express through a variety of interests and creative pursuits.
